Dmitri and I were craving a cold beer and not just any beer, a local brewed one. We love trying out new spots so we decided to go and check out Tenaya Creek Brewery.
Tenaya Creek originally opened in 1999 but needed extra room the more they grow. Therefore they opened their new location in November 2015. They tripled their brewing capacity on day one and have room to eventually produce ten times the volume of our original location. They also added a canning line. Currently, you can find their beers in Nevada, Southern California, Arizona, Utah, and Canada. They are also supplying Allegiant Airlines for their western flight routes in the US.
When it comes to my taste in ice-cold beer, I am more of a light beer person so I decided to try their pineapple fruit-based beer and it was so refreshing. Dmitri is an IPA person and tried their double IPA and ordered a second! Of course, we also had to do a flight to get a taste of more of their offerings since we couldn’t do a glass of each. LOL!! We had a lot of fun hanging outside in the shade, enjoying some amazing cold brews, and meeting up with friends. Their service was amazing and the waitresses were so friendly and knowledgeable when explaining their menu of offerings to us. This is definitely a spot we will be going back to often!
